About Bill Sanders

Bill Sanders specializes in internet-related programming applications and languages. He has written over 40 computer
books, and has had several books with multi-million dollar retail sales. Most recently he has written books on Flash,
Flash Communication Server, JavaScript, ActionScript, and Web development tools. He also has worked extensively
with PHP, ASP.NET and has incorporated using middleware and databases with Flash and JavaScript.

His major interests are in developing streaming video solutions, effective information design, HCI and expanding
eBusiness on the Web. He is a Professor of Interactive Information Technology at the University of Hartford.
